Mark D. Reese, LE Director

Founding member:Mark is retired from the Lane County Sheriff's Office in Eugene, Oregon.

He has 20 years of LE experience as well as Search & Rescue and Public Safety Diving and Water Rescue.

Sgt. Jim Kirdy is a veteran Public Safety Diver trainer in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Jim conducts UW Crime Scene investigation courses for PSDA as well as being an expert on BLACK WATER crime scene investigations.

Capt. Steve Treinish is a PSDA Public Safety Diving IT and Swift Water specialist in Columbus, OH.Steve also owns and operates BLACKWATER SCUBA.

Paul Fraser (New Orleans) Director of Operations for Louisiana's Water Rescue Strike Team as well as a PS diving and SWFR Instructor and water rescue specialist for the movie industry.

Alberto has 19 years of Military and law enforcement experience at a local and federal level. Has served in several pubic safety dive teams and continues to be part of the public safety dive community. Alberto conducts training and perform duties as an international advisor in South America, Middle East, Southwest Asia and Africa.

Tony Cerezo is a PSDA Instructor Trainer and a Technical Diving Specialist who operates Puerto Rico Technical Dive Center in Aguadilla, PR. Tony specializes in mixed gas and rebreathers.

Art Doss is our Swift Water Program Director. He operates AMERICAN RESCUE in Tacoma, WA. Art is a specialist with moving water operations.

Gene Battaglia is a PSDA Instructor Trainer in Alameda County, California. Gene is an experienced public safety diver and trainer. Gene operates the Institute of Diving Technology and he is a diver for the Alameda County Sheriff's Office.
